It is important to discuss the use of TIKOSYN with your patients. Tell them that TIKOSYN is indicated in patients with highly symptomatic AF and AFI. Also tell them that TIKOSYN can potentially cause TdP.

To decrease the risk of TdP, TIKOSYN must be initiated in the hospital and dosed according to renal function and QTc response to therapy.
